COVID-19 Updates

Due to the Governor of Nevada’s COVID-19 announcement on March 17th requiring all non-essential businesses to close by March 18th at 12 pm to help prevent further spread of the virus, Rackley Auto Group will have modified hours until further notice. We are doing our part to help keep our community, our customers and our staff stay safe from this outbreak.

Sales Department – Temporarily Closed

While the Governor’s office has deemed auto sales to be an essential business, our first priority is to keep our customers, our staff and our community as safe as possible. It is out of this concern that we have decided that our Sales Department will remain temporarily closed for day to day business until further notice. We are actively working on a program, following the Governors safety guidelines, where we can do sales by appointment including home or office delivery. We will update you as soon as we have this program in place.

Please feel free to continue shopping on our website. We will respond as soon as possible to all internet inquiries.

Service Department – Open by Appointment only

Our Service Department will be available by appointment for curbside drop off/pick up and for limited services only. Our waiting room is currently closed to the public so all vehicles will be for drop off and return to pick up.

Currently, we are NOT taking appointments for Oil Changes or Tire Rotations.
